How do I get started on my project?
You can start by completing our inquiry form or reaching out to us via social media to initiate the discussions. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will contact you via email, or if you provide your phone or instant messaging contacts, we will aim to connect with you within 24 hours. Additionally, please feel free to forward us any pegs, floor plans, photos and videos of your site or room, accompanied by a brief description of your desired outcome and requirements. With this information, we will begin the design process.
How can I give the measurements of my room?
We'll need you to snap some pictures of each wall and maybe shoot a quick video of your room. Then, we'll whip up a rough plan and let you know if we need more measurements to really understand your space. To get those wall shots, just step back as far as you can and snap a photo of the whole wall in front of you. If it's a long one, an angled shot works too.
Can we include my existing furniture & accessories in the design?
Yes! Together with your room measurements and other project details, you may send us photos of your existing furniture pieces via email and indicate their dimensions as well. Once we start working on the project, you can let us know the items you already own that you’d like to be a part of the design so we can fit it into the overall concept.
What type of rooms / spaces do you design?
We can design different kinds of home spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, entertainment area, bedroom, walk-in closet, study, bathroom, kid’s room, playroom, nursery, family room, entryway, studio, music room, home theater, utility room, outdoor spaces, and commercial spaces.
How long does the design process take?
The design timeline varies based on the complexity and scope of your project.
Can I make changes to the design?
Yes, you can make changes of up to two (2) revisions. If further changes are needed, additional revisions can be purchased.
What happens after I approve the final design?
After you approve the final design, you will receive the final design deliverables. You can then proceed with purchasing the items on your shopping list and start implementing the design in your space.
How do I know if my project is suitable for your services?

Is the designer available for online messaging 24/7?
You may use your preferred messaging platform to communicate with your designer. Feel free to leave them messages anytime and designers’ typical response time is within 48 hours from Mondays through Fridays from 10am to 3pm.
Can I call the designer? Are there other ways to reach out to the designer?
Our designers can only be reached via online messaging. However, a 30-minute video call consultation is part of the Super boon package, and can be selected as an add-on for the other packages should you wish to have a more thorough discussion about the design proposal. Another option is to add-on a 90-minute Design discussion, where you can meet the designer in our studio to discuss your project.
Can I upgrade my package after the project has started?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any point during the project. Just let us know, and we will adjust the scope and timeline accordingly.
What is included in the “My boon box”?
The “My boon box” is a curated package that includes virtual samples, swatches, and other materials relevant to your project, allowing you to better visualize and experience the proposed design elements.
Can I add extra rooms to my project?
Yes, you can add extra rooms to your project. Each room will be priced according to the package you choose. Contact us for a customized quote if you’re working on multiple spaces.
What is the Material board in the Super boon package?
The Material board includes a virtual presentation of the samples of the proposed materials, such as fabric swatches, paint chips, and other finishes, helping you understand more about the design.

Can I purchase the products directly from the supplier?
Yes, you may go directly to our suppliers to see and purchase the items.
Does boon offer purchasing services for my project?
We want this design experience to be as comprehensive and convenient as possible for you. If you prefer for us to do the sourcing of items, our Personal shopper add-on can help you out with that.
What if I'm not yet ready to purchase all of the items in the shopping list?
The shopping list is provided to ensure that you would achieve the overall look of your approved design. If you are not yet ready to purchase items, don’t worry! The decision as to when and if you are going to purchase them is completely up to you. Please note that prices were determined when the quote was done and are subject to change with time.
Who will be in charge of the delivery fee?
Delivery charges are for the client’s account. Most suppliers will quote standard delivery when purchase of their item is finalized, and boon’s Personal shopper can help you consolidate and organize the delivery schedules and fees. For out-of-town deliveries, we can help determine a shipping arrangement depending on your location.
Do you provide installation services?
While we do not provide installation services directly, we can recommend contractors and service providers to help bring your design to life.
What happens if a product from the shopping list is out of stock?
If an item from the shopping list is out of stock, we will recommend similar alternatives that fit within the design concept. Our goal is to ensure continuity in the design despite any product availability issues.
Can I see the products in person before purchasing?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our suppliers to see and purchase the items in person. Our Personal shopper can assist in arranging visits and ensuring the products meet your expectations.

What if I need to pause my project?
If you need to pause your project for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible. We can accommodate pauses and will work with you to reschedule and resume the project at a convenient time.
